February 11, 2020
2020GAC

The credit union industry’s premier advocacy event, CUNA’s Governmental Affairs Conference (GAC) kicks off in less than two weeks, and attendees are invited to a webinar scheduled for Feb. 18. CUNA President/CEO Jim Nussle and Chief Advocacy Officer Ryan Donovan will detail the credit union advocacy agenda for 2020 and how to use it to make an impact during GAC, which will be held in Washington, D.C. from Feb. 23 to 27.

The webinar is scheduled to start at 2 p.m. (ET) Feb. 18. A recorded version will be available after for those who registered, and individuals can register for the recorded version separately as well.

CUNA GAC is the largest credit union advocacy event, gathering more than 5,000 credit union leaders annually to Washington D.C. Leaders gather to network, learn about the latest issues facing the credit union industry and meet with lawmakers to make a case for fair regulation on behalf of the more than 115 million credit union members nationwide.

Registration is still open, and complete speaker and session information, as well as registration, can be found at cuna.org/gac.

Attendees are encouraged to follow CUNA’s Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram using the conference hashtag #CUNAGAC.
