Credit union professionals looking to elevate their member service to drive higher engagement and member loyalty are invited to attend the redesigned CUNA World-Class Service Leadership School, June 10 to 12, in Seattle.
“Based on attendee feedback, we’re excited to announce a new World-Class Service Leadership School,” says Amanda Schumacher, instructional design manager at CUNA. “There is an opportunity to learn outside of the conference room twice, learn from two employee panels, network with others and walk away with a plan to elevate service at your credit union.”
Redesigned with peer input, attendees will now get hands-on member experience training with two separate field observations at Seattle companies of their choosing. They’ll observe service interactions at each of these companies and then take notes back to the conference room to share with peers. With the guidance of member experience experts, attendees will use these notes to learn how to apply service best practices to their credit union’s service strategy.
