Credit unions make a difference when they’re needed most, including during the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, CUNA Chief Advocacy Officer Ryan Donovan wrote to all 535 Congressional offices Friday. Donovan shared information on the re-launch of AmericasCreditUnions.org as a way to learn how America’s credit unions are serving members during the outbreak.
“For too many Americans, financial insecurity remains one of life’s greatest worries. The Coronavirus pandemic is creating uncertainty and, in many cases, financial hardship,” Donovan wrote.
He cited the latest results from CUNA’s survey of how credit unions are serving members affected by the pandemic, including:
