Fed sets April 6 webinars on stimulus payments, cash ordering

April 2, 2020
Fed

The Federal Reserve announced it will conduct a webinar April 6 on the distribution of federal stimulus payments to individual taxpayers and small businesses, and important information regarding the distribution of cash to financial institutions. There will be two webinars April 6, one at 11 a.m. (ET), one at 3 p.m. (ET), and registration is open at AskTheFed.com.

David Lebryk, fiscal assistant secretary at the Treasury, and Ronda Kent, chief disbursing officer with Treasury’s Fiscal Service Bureau, will join Roger Replogle, Cash Production Office product manager, to discuss the CARES Act and the associated impact on cash deliveries to financial institutions.

To accommodate the participation of as many financial institutions as possible, the Fed requests each institution register no more than two representatives to attend one of the live sessions.

A recorded archive of each session will be made available on the Ask the Fed site shortly after the presentations.
