CUAC, other CFPB advisory committees, to meet May 1 via phone

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s (CFPB) Credit Union Advisory Council (CUAC) will meet on May 1 via conference call that will be open to the public. The call is scheduled for 2 to 4:15 p.m. (ET).

According to the CFPB, the meeting will focus on the COVID-19 pandemic, including a snapshot of consumer complaints as a result of the pandemic, and the impact of the pandemic on consumers, including servicemembers, students, older Americans and the underserved.

Members of the public interested in listening to the meeting must RSVP here by noon (ET) on April 30.

Other advisory committees include the Consumer Advisory Board, Community Bank Advisory Council and the Academic Research Council.
