TalentKeepers looked for ways to support the many registrants of would have been live conferences this spring looking for proven techniques to implement at their organization and earn SHRM/HRCI recertification credits.

The company recognized that as we navigate the sudden pandemic and brace for an uncertain future, we are all looking for new ways to engage employees and maintain a positive culture.

TalentKeepers is offering four weeks of free webinars in employee engagement skills designed to help human resources and operations professionals with the new challenges facing their leadership teams.

These SHRM/HRCI certified webinars offer practical techniques individuals can begin using immediately to foster employee engagement and retention during uncertainty. In these sessions TalentKeepers will be discussing the skills leaders need to connect and communicate with remote workers and employees who may be working in difficult circumstances.

Topics include using stay interviews to connect leaders with their team members, how to train leaders to drive engagement and retention of their best people and creating strong co-worker relationships during crisis to drive engagement. TalentKeepers is offering live interactive sessions and recordings for those individuals who cannot make the live event.

Registration is free and can be completed at www.talentkeepers.com. Individuals with questions should email webinars@talentkeepers.com.
