Symitar is proud to stand with credit unions during these uncertain times. They are committed to adapting to an even more digital world while delivering the same great service modern members expect.
The Symitar community has been a strong support system during these quickly changing times. Hundreds of credit unions regularly join together to share customization solutions for Episys in the PowerOn Marketplace.
In the past month, Symitar made three new, complimentary solutions available to support customer service in this time of need: Episys Skip Payment, Episys Skip Payment Batch Module, and Interface from TSoft to Episys for Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans.
These updates can make a big impact on service and efficiencies, allowing credit unions to be more flexible, accommodating, and responsive to their members. Feedback has been very encouraging.
Many organizations were not prepared to handle PPP themselves, and have expressed appreciation for the quick, proactive work of the Jack Henry Lending team and the extra hours and weekends worked to make sure they were ready for their small business members.
Overall there’s a spirit of teamwork and gratitude, credit unions are enthusiastic for the opportunity to “be working together so we can help those in need get through this pandemic.”
Additionally, Jack Henry has created a dedicated pandemic support resource center For Clients portal. This resource center is updated regularly, and we will continue to communicate directly as needed. Symitar is encouraging clients to give all appropriate employees access to this resource center. The designated For Clients administrator at each credit union can request portal access for additional employees.
It’s nearly impossible to predict what the future holds or what the new normal will look like. But one thing to count on is that Symitar will be here supporting and partnering with credit unions throughout it all.
