Wis. State Journal names CUNA winner of Top Workplaces 2020

CUNA has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Wisconsin State Journal. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC.

“It’s an honor to be recognized by the Wisconsin State Journal as a Top Workplace for 2020, as we work every day to be more authentic, accountable, collaborative and passionate, values we believe create a culture that lets us do our best for our members every day,” said CUNA President/CEO Jim Nussle. “This recognition creates a benchmark for our standards that we’ll measure ourselves by going forward.”

More than 750 local Madison-area companies participated in the anonymous survey, which uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
