CUNA Councils announces ALL TOGETHER campaign to connect credit unions

June 9, 2020

CUNA Councils announced today its ALL TOGETHER campaign intended to encourage credit union professionals to connect and collaborate with a CUNA Councils membership.

“In the past, we’ve encouraged credit unions to be ALL IN, so that multiple management areas could leverage the group’s expertise and resources,” according to David Rohn, vice president of CUNA Councils. “While that’s still a critical component, ALL TOGETHER is about connecting and collaborating with thousands of like-minded professionals across the country. Given the combined experiences of members, the advice, idea sharing and problem solving, CUNA Councils are all about credit union professionals, helping credit union professionals.” Rohn adds, “That kind of togetherness is invaluable.”

Credit unions that have a representative in each of the CUNA Councils by August 21, 2020, will be entered to win a prize valued up to $10,000. The winner can choose to use the money to pay for dues or donate to a charity of their choice. Plus, new members will receive $100 off their dues.

On top of unparalleled networking and peer collaboration opportunities, CUNA Councils members enjoy access to online communities with peer-shared files and discounts on most CUNA events, products and services. By connecting with peers who share their concerns and interests, CUNA Councils members stay current on topics impacting their credit union and their work and find new energy and enthusiasm for their role.

“We have employees in each CUNA Council because it’s been a valuable resource for them as they are able to network with others in their disciplines as well as get ideas, answer questions, discuss industry trends and read about future developments,” said Jason Lindstrom, president/CEO of Evergreen Credit Union.
