Risk-based proposal, MDI, NGN briefings on NCUA’s June 25 agenda

The NCUA Board will vote on a proposed risk-based net worth rule and receive updates on Minority Depository Institutions and the Guaranteed Notes Oversight Program at its June 25 meeting.

The meeting will be a live-streamed on NCUA.gov as an audio webcast and is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. (ET) June 25.

The complete agenda is:

  • Board briefing, Minority Depository Institution annual report;
  • Board briefing, NCUA Guaranteed Notes Oversight Program;
  • Request for information, strategies for future examination and supervision utilizing digital technology;
  • Final Rule, technical amendments to NCUA’s rules; and
  • Proposed rule, Part 702, risk-based net worth.
