New virtual school explores crafting the new employee and member experience

July 22, 2020
The power and practice of empathy

Empathy, DEI, data and change management will be the leading topics at the new CUNA Member Experience Virtual School, August 17-19. This new virtual school includes nine sessions to guide credit union professionals as they explore the link between employee and member experience and uncover a personalized approach for leading culture change.

"Credit unions have always set themselves apart based on the idea of people helping people, but these past months have been difficult as roles shift, lobbies close and open and the future remains unknown,” said Carla Schrinner, speaker at CUNA Member Experience Virtual School and CML implementation manager at CUNA. “CUNA Member Experience Virtual School focuses on best practices to embed in your daily operations now in order take care of your people and better serve your members."

Topics include:

  • Member Experience-The Role of Empathy
  • DEI and Experience
  • Member Experience-Optimizing Data and Process Improvement
  • Change Management and Your Next Steps- panel of experts
  • Member Experience to Employee Experience-Internal Service
