CUNA announces new Strategic Planning Virtual Roundtable

July 24, 2020
2020-07-VirtualTraining_118047

CUNA Strategic Planning Virtual Roundtable is a new virtual offering happening on September 24 & 25. The virtual roundtable allows credit union leaders to get current information around key topics that are important for credit unions to keep in mind as they prepare for their 2021 strategic planning sessions.

Topics covered include four trends featured in the 2020-2021 CUNA Environmental Scan (E-Scan), an industry-trusted strategic planning resources created to provide credible guidance for credit unions to continue to excel in the industry. Each day, there will be two 45-minute pre-recorded sessions hosted by E-Scan authors, followed by a 30-minute live chat with each trend author and the virtual roundtable event facilitator, Jeff Rendel, president of Rising Above Enterprises.

“This roundtable is designed to dive deeper into some of the most pressing trends in the industry today,” says Kienan Shaw, instructional design manager at CUNA. “We want credit union leaders to come together to address some of these big topics and give them a platform to discuss with their peers and the authors of these E-Scan chapters.”

Attendees will take a deep dive into these trends:

  • Invest in the Employee Experience
  • Collaboration is Central to Cybersecurity Readiness
  • The Expanding Gig Economy
  • Build an Inclusive Culture
