Compliance: ‘Ask the Regulators’ webinar on PPP forgiveness

August 21, 2020
Online

NCUA, along with the Federal Reserve System, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Conference of State Bank Supervisors will host an interagency webinar on Thursday, Aug. 27 at 11 a.m. (ET) on the Small Business Administration’s Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loan Forgiveness Platform.

Registration is now open for the webinar, which will include a brief Q&A session. Participants are encouraged to submit questions in advance by email at asktheregulators@stls.frb.org.

This presentation is open to all SBA lenders that participated in the SBA PPP lending program. During the webinar, the SBA will:

  • Provide an overview of PPP loan forgiveness policy and guidance;
  • Demonstrate how to access and use the SBA PPP Loan Forgiveness Platform; and
  • Review best practices for using the SBA PPP Loan Forgiveness Platform.

To accommodate the participation of as many participants as possible, each institution should register no more than two representatives to attend the live session.
