CFPB announces latest CUAC members

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) released the names of the latest Credit Union Advisory Council (CUAC) members Wednesday, and as in previous iterations of the CUAC all members come from CUNA-affiliated credit unions.

The CUAC advises and consults with the CFPB on consumer financial issues related to credit unions.

Members announced Wednesday are (new members in bold):

  • Chair: Racardo McLaughlin, VP mortgage originations/operations, TwinStar CU, Lacey, Waah.;
  • Monica Davis, senior vice president risk management, Union Square CU, Wichita Falls, Texas;
  • Michelle Dwyer, President/CEO, Franklin First Federal Credit Union (Greenfield, MA)
  • Rick Durante, VP, director of corporate social responsibility and government affairs, Franklin Mint FCU, Chadds Ford, Pa.;
  • Doe Gregersen, vice president and general counsel, Landmark CU, New Berlin, Wis.;
  • Brian Holst, general counsel, Elevations CU, Boulder, Colo.;
  • Jose Iregui, vice president of loan servicing and collections, Langley FCU, Newport News, Va.; and
  • Jeremiah Kossen, president/CEO, Town and Country CU, Minot, N.D.
