Comments on NCUA’s proposed 2021 budget are due Friday and the NCUA Board is expected to vote on the budget at its Dec. 17 meeting. Feedback on NCUA’s budget is just one of several comment deadlines for credit unions in December and early January.
Comments are due Jan. 4 on an joint interagency proposal from federal financial regulators including NCUA and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). The proposal would codify an earlier joint statement that supervisory guidance does not have the force and effect of law.
