January eSchool offers compliance designation opportunity

January 4, 2021
Compliance: Start from a place of ‘yes’

Compliance personnel seeking to earn their Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE) designation can get the training they need January 26 through March 11, 2021, at CUNA Regulatory Compliance Certification eSchool: Introduction. The eSchool consists of 10 virtual two-hour class sessions.

“I was impressed by the leaders of the seminars—their dedicated focus and insight was critical to my success in becoming CUCE certified,” said Paul Petrashko, Senior Compliance Specialist at SchoolsFirst FCU. “I’m glad to be on board, and look forward to helping resolve compliance issues.”

“CUCE designation is a career milestone for credit union compliance professionals who want to be recognized as an expert in their field,” said Jess MacLagan, instructional design manager at CUNA. “Because this eSchool is the only opportunity on the 2021 calendar to get live training to prepare to earn the CUCE designation, we expect to see many ambitious compliance professionals there.”

This school offers the opportunity to join the more than 2,000 Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE) designees who are leading their credit union through the industry's most challenging compliance issues.
