The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is accepting applications for membership in all four of its advisory committees, including the Credit Union Advisory Council (CUAC) through Feb. 24. All current CUAC members come from CUNA member credit unions.
The application is open now. New members serve two-year terms.
The CUAC advises the CFPB on regulation consumer financial products or services from the perspective of credit unions.
Credit union personnel interested in serving on the CUAC can contact CUNA Senior Director of Advocacy and Counsel Alexander Monterrubio at firstname.lastname@example.org.
