While the 2021 CUNA Governmental Affairs Conference (GAC) shifted to a virtual environment, leadership at Enhanced Software Products, Inc. sees it as an opportunity to interact with more people who may be unfamiliar with the company.
The Spokane, Wash.-based core processor company hasn’t been able to attend GAC in more than a decade, but with GAC going virtual, Shaun Murray believes it’s a chance to provide attendees with information about its core processor and the features it offers that they may not know exists.
“All we ever hope is that we have a conversation with people around ‘do your due diligence,’” says Murray, chief elbow rubber. “You owe it to yourself and your members to simply do your due diligence.”
During a conversation with CUNA News, Murray talks about hiring in preparation for a major core project, communication efforts, and the importance of due diligence.
Enhanced Software Products Inc. is a CUNA Associate Business Member at the associate level.
