Ongoing innovation in human resources and organizational development is spotlight of upcoming conference

March 23, 2021

Despite the fact the United States has been dealing with a pandemic for more than a year, human resource and organizational development professionals continue to adapt and implement changes that make a difference.

CUNA HR & Organizational Development Council Virtual Conference April 20-22 will focus on that nationwide dedication and creativity and offer the exchange of ideas and sharing of best practices and knowledge to support credit unions as they continue to innovate.

“Human resources and organizational development departments have been critical in managing all of the changes that have happened in the past year. From paid leave policies to remote work to re-opening lobbies, we’ve worked hard to keep staff and members safe.” said Leigh Brady, chair of the HR & Organizational Development Council Executive Committee. “It’s time for HR leaders to come together and gather essential insights. They’ll need that knowledge and professional network to help them make better, faster decisions in a world that continues to be unpredictable.”

With four general sessions, two exchanges and twelve breakout sessions to choose from over three days, the conference offers wide-reaching discussions of critical topics facing human resources and organization development in 2021. These sessions include:

  • Post-Covid Workplace, What has Changed Forever and How Employee Expectations have Changed! Are You Prepared?
  • HR Design – Moving Beyond Transactional to Proactive Partner
  • Bringing Organizational Data & Analytics to Life in HR
  • Financial Services Mega-Trends – Finding the Future of Financial Services
  • Are you Leading Change? If Not, Why Not? Lead from Any Position

All credit union human resources and organizational development professionals are invited to register for CUNA HR & Organizational Development Council Virtual Conference. Recordings of all sessions will be available for 90 days after the conference. CUNA and CUNA Councils members receive a significant discount and scholarships are available to Council members to defray registration fees.
