Credit union lending professionals will gather virtually this August to examine consumer lending trends, explore ways to build a more effective sales culture, and gain a competitive edge with the right technology at CUNA Lending eSchool.
“Attendees can become innovators at their credit unions by looking at their lending efforts with a new perspective to transform their cultures,” said Kathy Smith, instructional design manager for CUNA. “They’ll discover what top lending organizations do every day to achieve their status and stay on top.”
Participants will explore how to compete with FinTech lenders and learn how to make strategic moves to get their credit union lending department headed in the right direction. They’ll also learn how building relationships while building loans will give their credit union a competitive edge.
The eSchool’s five sessions begin August 2 and conclude August 30.
