Credit union leaders who attend CUNA Member Experience Virtual School, August 17-19, will learn the relationship of staff development and a culture of positive member experiences.
“Member experience is contingent on how you develop your employees,” said Tobi Weingart, senior manager of learning events at CUNA. “We show you how to do it and how that will translate to your members having positive interactions.”
Presenter Paul Robert, CEO of FI Strategies, will be speaking during the school and believes one of the keys is viewing your employees not as assets, but as partners in serving members. When employees are valued, they in turn value the credit union and share that goodwill with members, according to Robert.
The virtual school consists of 11 sessions over the three days, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. ET each day.
