FIS has evidenced its support for credit unions with its new CUNA Associate Business Membership.

FIS is a leading provider of technology solutions for credit unions, banks, merchants and capital markets firms globally. The company plays a critical role in advancing the ways the world pays, banks and invests, moving $10 trillion around the globe annually. With innovative solutions using cutting edge technology, FIS helps their clients solve business-critical challenges and deliver superior experiences for their customers.

“Our decision to become an Associate Business Member with CUNA aligns with our efforts to expand our engagement with credit unions and actively advance the member experience,” advises Bill Hampton, division executive for the FIS CU Division. “This collaboration between FIS and CUNA will foster educational opportunities and offer additional channels for credit unions to learn more about the industry leading solutions we’ve developed such as Payments One, our unified payments platform, digital solutions and more. We look forward to the shared learnings and collaborative engagements to expand our respective networks and champion the stories of credit unions.”

CUNA Associate Business Members become official business advocates of CUNA, providing an opportunity to champion the credit union movement together, along with several benefits, including:

  • Opportunities to nurture relationships with industry leaders.
  • Access to and savings on education and engagement opportunities.
  • Industry knowledge to provide top-tier service.
  • Recognition as an advocacy partner.

"A membership is an exclusive opportunity for system providers and CUNA to work together to support and sustain credit unions,” said Karin Sand, CUNA vice president-system provider relations. “We thank FIS for joining, as the contributions of our ABMs support the growth of credit unions.”
