Credit union trainers join together to take on challenges and grow credit union training during CUNA Experience Learning Live! The credit-union-focused trainer conference will take place virtually October 19-21.

“This event focuses on adapting to the future of credit union learning and development,” said Tobi Weingart, senior manager of Creating Member Loyalty with CUNA. “We can all learn from the innovation and new approaches resulting from the pandemic.”

It’s also an opportunity for trainers to gain deserved recognition for their professional development program through ‘ELLy’ Training Awards.

“With a new, revamped application process, it’s easy to apply and demonstrate your work in a virtual presentation,” said Weingart. “So it’s a great way to highlight all the amazing efforts that happened throughout the pandemic and that continue today.”

CUNA Experience Learning Live! will be in a virtual format, making it easily accessible to learn, discuss and connect. Credit union trainers who attend will:

• Explore current learning trends and tools to transform professional development at their credit union
• Learn from industry experts about system conversions, leadership, onboarding, eLearning and more
• Gain an understanding of how to enable hybrid learning environments
• Participate in breakouts with attendees in similar roles to build a network and develop professionally
