Free webinar provides credit union trainers ‘Training Triage for Growth’

Credit union trainers will learn how to triage training requests while also supporting the growth goals of their people and credit unions at the September 24 webinar, Training Triage for Growth.

The webinar is presented free of charge by CUNA Professional Development Online (CPD Online), the premier web-based training service for the credit union industry.

"Trainers are responsible for managing and implementing the overall training program and meeting strategic training objectives for their credit union,” said presenter Josh Pavek, manager of online learning production and design for CUNA. “However, they also often receive special requests from individual departments or managers for additional training for people or teams. In general, trainers do not receive coaching of how to juggle these priorities or how to create a system to do so. This webinar will provide that coaching.”

“CPD Online offers content and a solution for inspired learning,” said Alicia Steindorf, director of online learning strategy for CUNA. “Because we only serve credit unions, the service is tailored to their needs, and includes additional resources for trainers, such as an online community and dedicated customer support. We are also pleased to offer free webinars such as this to share best practices across the credit union movement.”
