CUNA Attorney’s Virtual Conference coming Oct. 26-28

September 15, 2021
Compliance meets technology

Credit union attorneys can earn up to 12 CLE credits, including two hours of ethics credits, by attending CUNA Attorney's Virtual Conference October 26-28.

“Whether you serve as an in-house counsel or as outside counsel, the things you need to know to represent credit unions effectively are always changing,” said Jared Ihrig, chief compliance officer and counsel for CUNA.

Past attendee Nickolas Kitchens, director and assistant general counsel, Georgia's Own Credit Union, said the event meets that need and more: “The ROI exceeds every other conference I attend.”

Can’t-miss sessions include:

  • A compliance, supervision and regulatory advocacy panel discussion
  • An employment law update that includes the latest changes since the start of the pandemic
  • An NCUA update
  • The latest on litigation as it relates to credit unions
  • Collection and bankruptcy issues post-COVID
