Poor management practices can lead to lawsuits

Non-project management professionals will learn ways to achieve successful project outcomes at CUNA Project Management eSchool Jan. 10-14.

“Attendees will learn a highly effective methodology around managing projects that can greatly improve their project delivery success from start to finish,” said Amanda Schumacher, instructional design manager at CUNA. “They’ll also learn to improve essential skills and knowledge to better manage day-to-day project work while enhancing their ability to lead team projects effectively.”

The five sessions will cover:

  • The A-Z of Navigating the Project Lifecycle
  • Tools for Your Project Management Toolbox
  • Common Project Risks, Challenges, and Constraints
  • Improving Your Project Outcomes

CPAs can earn six personal development CPE credits if they attend every webinar live and participate three times per hour.
