The Louisiana Credit Union League (LCUL) continues to innovate on behalf of its membership with the launch of bubble, a new private online community platform built exclusively for the Louisiana credit union network. LCUL entered a new partnership with Breezio, creators of the next generation online community software, to power this new platform.
bubble will offer members the opportunity to share ideas and best practices, get fast answers to questions from colleagues, discuss dozens of operational issues, and seek input on vendors. LCUL’s bubble will house communities for industry-specific groups, League committees, chapters, and more. When members join a particular topic section for discussion, they will be subscribed to receive email notifications when there is activity in that section so they can join in on the conversation.
“Communicating digitally has evolved drastically in recent years. LCUL knew it was imperative to incorporate a dynamic platform such as bubble in our engagement strategy specifically in today’s environment,” said Lacey Weaver, senior vice president of LCUL. “A strong emphasis on League value falls on collaboration and networking. With that in mind, we believe bubble writes a new chapter in the history of our league’s successful initiatives.”
Long-time tech executive in the nonprofit space and President/CEO of Breezio, Benjamin Muscolino, commented that “LCUL’s vision for bubble to create member value beyond a typical single-channel forum to create a knowledge base for members is innovative, and we’re thrilled to be able to help power this initiative with the Louisiana Credit Union League, for their members.”
bubble will launch in spring 2022 and will work in conjunction with the league’s new AMS system for efficiently monitoring and updating credit union data as well as the latest employment changes.
