CUNA Investment Certification School helps professionals attain CCUIP designation

February 16, 2022
Membership growth leads January MCUEs

Credit union professionals can work toward earning their Certified Credit Union Investments Professional (CCUIP) designation at CUNA Investment Certification School Aug. 8 – 12 in Chicago.

“Attendees will learn how to manage a credit union investment portfolio for any asset size, build broker relationships and see a different way of viewing investments,” said Amanda Schumacher, instructional design manager at CUNA. “They’ll learn in an interactive environment with one-on-one coaching opportunities from financial experts and case studies to put theories into practice."

The school consists of two programs, and attendees can choose to take either or both:

  • In Fundamentals, you'll get indispensable background on basic investment structures, portfolio management and risk.
  • In Advanced, you'll dive deeper with mathematical concepts and applicable case studies, helping you put theory into practice.

Completion of both programs allows attendees the opportunity to earn their CCUIP designation.
