CUNA HR & Organizational Development Council Conference planned for April

February 22, 2022
2020-08_118245

CUNA HR & Organizational Development Council Conference will return in 2022 as an in-person event in Florida April 24-27.

“This event is back in person in 2022 for the first time since the pandemic,” said Leigh Brady, chair of the CUNA HR & Organizational Development Council Executive Committee, and chief operating officer at State Employees’ Credit Union in Raleigh, N.C. “HR staff are still under a lot of pressure dealing with residual pandemic issues, the “Great Resignation” and the war for talent, in addition to wage compression. Having a conference to discuss and network provides some much-needed connection and information.”

Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista will host the conference, which provides HR & organizational development professionals the opportunities to:

  • Expand their network by building relationships with professionals in their industry
  • Collaborate with credit union professionals facing similar challenges
  • Explore relevant and trending topics curated by the CUNA HR & Organizational Development Council
  • Learn best practices and get guidance from industry experts
  • Meet and connect with trusted or peer-recommended solutions providers
  • Return to their credit union with a fresh perspective, new insights and enthusiasm for the industry and movement
