Co-op Solutions Chief Experience Officer Samantha Paxson presents research findings Tuesday at the 2022 Co-op THINK Conference in Chicago.

Co-op Solutions, EY, and Filene recently collaborated on research that helped them understand what credit union leaders, members, and prospective members are thinking.

Co-op Solutions Chief Experience Officer Samantha Paxson discussed the findings and what they mean for credit unions Wednesday at the 2022 Co-op THINK Conference in Chicago. Paxson says the research showed end consumers are seeking greater engagement to help them meet their daily needs, while credit union leaders are overwhelmed by the number of options in the marketplace.

With those trends in mind, Paxson believes credit unions should reframe how they deliver their “people helping people” value proposition.
