Credit union professionals will learn industry-specific strategies for improving their collections and bankruptcy programs while connecting with peers and experts in their field at CUNA Collections & Bankruptcy School, Sept. 19-22 in San Antonio.
“Attendees will learn to better mitigate risk by staying up to date on the always-changing legal aspects of collections and bankruptcy,” said Kathy Smith, instructional design manager for CUNA. “The school will cover how the changing face of lending influences collections, as well as how the economic impact of COVID-19 continues to affect collections.”
