More than 550 technology, operations, and member experience leaders gathered in Las Vegas for the 2022 CUNA Operations & Member Experience Council and CUNA Technology Council Conference.

The event highlights credit unions’ digital transformation efforts, cybersecurity, member engagement, and more.

Following are scenes from the conference.

A preconference session blended leadership with robots in a fast-paced, interactive competition.

Mission accomplished! Attendees completed their robot-building project.

Improving employees’ security awareness doesn’t have to be expensive, say panelists (from left) Nick Horak, Sarah Hrabal, and Robert Eckhart.

Wendy Cleveland, executive vice president/chief operations officer at Sound Credit Union in Tacoma, Wash., leads a discussion on how technology can improve the member experience.

A busy day at the registration desk.

Attendees got a sneak peek at the extensive exhibit hall.

Cybersecurity security expert Theresa Payton hangs out with credit union leaders after her keynote address.

Kudos to the CUNA crew for putting on a spectacular show.

First-time attendees take part in a fast-paced game of “Get to Know You.”

From left: Chris Kearney, TruWest Credit Union; Amy Coe, Michigan State University Federal Credit Union; and CU 2.0’s Chris Otey judge the five-minute speed round presentations.
