Compliance: Experts analyze NCUA’s 2023 supervisory priorities

January 23, 2023
Going “regtech” for compliance

NCUA issued a letter to credit unions last week detailing the agency’s supervisory priorities for the year to help credit unions ensure they are adequately prepared for NCUA examinations for the year and details the areas examiners will focus on that pose the highest risk to credit unions, their members, and the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund.

CUNA’s compliance experts will break down NCUA's primary focus for 2023 in a Feb. 15 webinar, “NCUA Supervisory Priorities & How CUNA’s CU CMS+ Can Help You Prepare," free for CUNA members.

This webinar will also demonstrate how a credit union can document their examination preparation efforts utilizing CUNA’s Credit Union Compliance Management System PlusTM (CU CMS+).

CU CMS+ offers a comprehensive system-level compliance solution from start to finish. It operates entirely online with no software to install or manage. Modular capabilities can be added to the system based entirely on the requirements of your credit union.

This webinar has been widely requested by CUNA Compliance Community members, as well as from general feedback from credit union and League CEOs, C-Suite and compliance professionals. It will be held at noon CT on Feb. 15 and is free for all CUNA members. Register now to ensure access.
