San Diego resort to host CUNA HR & Organizational Development Council Conference

January 26, 2023
‘Next-step’ networking

Credit union human relations and organizational development professionals will reconnect and grow with their credit union industry peers at San Diego’s Town and Country Resort April 23-26 during CUNA HR & Organizational Development Council Conference.

“This conference is a unique event. It is open to all HR and organizational development professionals and focuses specifically on HR and organizational development topics because CUNA Council members who work in these areas volunteer their time to organize the conference,” said Silvia Dimma, chief human resources officer at Michigan State University Federal Credit Union and CUNA HR & Organizational Development Council Conference Committee Chair. “We are excited to be meeting in San Diego this year to connect with each other, explore best practices and receive guidance from industry experts.”

As a part of the conference each year, CUNA HR & Organizational Development Council honors the outstanding work of practitioners in the HR and organizational development field and announces the winners of the Council’s Rising Star and Professional of the Year awards. Nominations are now being accepted with the deadline for nominations on March 6.

CUNA HR & Organizational Development Council also offers scholarships to attend the conference to eligible credit union staff. The Scholarship Committee will award recipients based on specific scholarship criteria. Applications are currently being accepted until March 20, 2023.

For more information, visit the Council conference’s webpage.
