Credit union professionals can learn the skills and knowledge necessary to provide expert financial counseling to their members by attending CUNA Financial Counseling Certification Program eSchool. It takes place virtually with 13 live webinar sessions from June 7-Aug. 24.

Credit and debt management, financial planning and retirement planning are a few of the wide-ranging topics included in the eSchool. Participants learn to identify warning signs of financial distress and develop strategies to help members make changes for improvement.
Open to all credit union professionals who wish to deepen their financial counseling skills, this eSchool offers a next step in the career development path of attendees. Participants who successfully pass the exam will earn the designation of Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC).
