CUNA World-Class Service School, designed to teach credit union leaders how to build a competitive advantage in delivering customer service, will be held Oct. 2-4 in St. Louis. Both in-person and virtual attendance options are available.
“The school will offer attendees relevant information from various industries, "ensuring a member-centric approach to service standards,” said Amanda Schumacher, instructional design manager for CUNA. “With topics such as differentiating your credit union in a competitive market and coaching on service and the member experience, this school provides a comprehensive learning experience focused on servicing your members that benefits both internal and external-facing staff.”
The event will feature an experiential session and immersive learning, allowing attendees to leave the conference room and experience service standards firsthand.
CUNA Operations & Member Experience Council endorses this school.
