MADISON, Wis. (9/3/14)--The Credit Union National Association announced topics for next year's CUNA CU Finance for Non-Financial Managers and Volunteers School, which will take place in Las Vegas April 13-15.
The school offers a foundational financial curriculum tailored to the responsibilities of credit union non-financial managers and volunteers.
"This three-day program is recognized as the go-to conference for credit union individuals without a background in finance to learn the language of numbers," said Lynne Bjorgo, CUNA manager of learning events production. "This coming spring, we'll build on that reputation, preparing attendees to understand their credit unions' finances and play an active role in their team's financial decision-making in 2015 and beyond."

Participants also can earn their CUNA Board Financial Literacy Certificate at the school, fulfilling the National Credit Union Administration requirement of credit union board members to possess a proven level of financial literacy.
