ALEXANDRIA, Va. (2/12/15)--Video of the January National Credit Union Administration's open board meeting is now available on the agency's website. The meeting's primary focus was the unveiling of the agency's revised risk-based capital proposal (RBC2).
In addition to the RBC2 proposal, the meeting featured the NCUA's 2015-2016 annual performance plan, an amendment to the agency's capital planning and stress testing regulations, and a community charter conversion request from $217 million-asset 360 FCU, Windsor Locks, Conn.
CUNA has posted its own video of the RBC2 discussion, which is available in the Jan. 25 issue of News Now and on the Risk-Based Capital Action Center. Comments on RBC2 are due to CUNA by March 8 and to the NCUA by April 27.
Starting with the Feb. 19 meeting, NCUA open board meetings will be streamed online, the agency announced earlier this month. Interested parties must register for each month's meeting, and a link will be emailed to them the day of the meeting.
Registration for the Feb. 19 meeting is open.
