PORTLAND, Ore. (10/15/14)--The Northwest Credit Union Association (NWCUA) named new members of its executive committee during its Amplify Convention last week and thanked two outgoing members for their service.
Terry Belcoe, president/CEO of North Coast CU, Bellingham, Wash., with $182 million in assets, and Shirley Cate, president/CEO of Providence FCU, Milwaukie, Ore., with $126 million in assets, completed their service to the board.
Debie Keesee, president/CEO of Spokane (Wash.) Media FCU, with $10 million in assets, concluded her service as board chair and will remain on the board's executive committee as secretary.
Keesee is succeeded as board chair by veteran director Jack Fallis, president/CEO of Global CU, Spokane, Wash., with $367 million in assets.
The board's newly seated executive committee also includes Brooke Van Vleet, president/CEO of St. Helens (Ore.) Community FCU, with $177 million in assets, as vice chair; and Phil Jones, president/CEO of Harborstone CU, Lakewood, Wash., with $1 billion in assets, as treasurer.
