MADISON, Wis. (6/11/15)--One of the most prominent women in social media will keynote this year’s Global Women’s Leadership Forum, an all-day leadership development event to be held during the World Credit Union Conference next month.
The conference coincides with CUNA’s America’s Credit Union Conference, slated for July 12-15 in Denver.
Ingrid Vanderveldt, one of Fortune’s “55 Most Influential Women to Watch on Twitter” and host of CNBC’s “American Made,” will headline the event, which brings together credit union women from across the globe to focus on professional development, grow business relationships and expand leadership knowledge.
Vanderveldt is the CEO/chair of Empowering a Billion Women by 2020 and serves on the United Nations Foundation’s Global Entrepreneurship Council.
Registration for the event is $450. Those who register before Friday will be entered into a prize drawing to win a complimentary one-year membership to the network and free registration for next year’s forum during the 2016 World Credit Union Conference in Belfast, Ireland.
