DALLAS (8/19/15)--Robert Steven Kaplan has been named president/CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, effective Sept. 8. In this role, Kaplan will also represent the 11th Fed District on the Federal Open Market Committee. The district encompasses Texas, northern Louisiana and southern New Mexico.
