WARNER ROBINS, Ga. (9/3/15)--Employees of Robins FCU, Warner Robins, Ga., donated $28,144.76 to Rehoboth Life Care Ministries Inc., a ministry of the Rehoboth Baptist Association, for the purchase of two dental chairs, which will be used in a to a volunteer dental clinic (The Sun NewsSept. 1). The clinic provides care to uninsured low-income individuals who cannot afford care. Through meeting basic dental needs, the clinic intends to help “close the gap of inequity and disparity that affects those least able to muster the resources to achieve optimal health.” Rehoboth Life Care Ministries Inc. presented a plaque to the credit union thanking its employees for their support …

PITTSFIELD, Mass. (9/3/15)--Berkshire FCU, Pittsfield, Mass., will merge with Greylock FCU, Pittsfield, (The Berkshire EagleSept. 1). The board of directors of both organizations have approved the merger, which has also received approval from the National Credit Union Administration. (9/3/15)--Wauna CU, Clatskanie, Ore., is matching total donations up to $5,000 made by its members and the public through Sept. 30 in support of the emergency personnel and victims of the Northwest wildfires (The ChronicleSept. 1).
