 WASHINGTON (9/11/15)--The U.S. Department of Justice issued new policies this week indicating it will prioritize prosecution of individual employees, not just their companies, according to a report in The New York Times. The rules were issued to federal prosecutors around the country, and are the first major policy announcement from new U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch, who took office in April.
