WASHINGTON (2/4/16)--Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have implemented an independent dispute resolution process for resolving repurchase disputes, the Federal Housing Finance Agency announced this week. The program enables lenders to submit unresolved loan level disputes to a neutral third-party arbitrator after the appeal and escalation processes have been exhausted. WASHINGTON (2/4/16)--Louise L. Roseman, director of the Division of Reserve Bank Operations and Payment Systems, will retire later this year after more than 30 years of service. The division oversees the Reserve Banks' operations, including their provision of payment services to the banking and financial system and fiscal agency services to the Treasury and other government agencies.
