Twenty-two federally insured credit unions have consented to civil money penalties for filing fourth quarter call reports late, the NCUA announced Monday. The late filers will pay a total of $13,548 in penalties. Individual penalties range from $157 to $2,58, and the median penalty was $356. More than 3.4 million homeowners have refinanced their mortgages through the Federal Housing Finance Agency’s (FHFA) Home Affordable Refinance Program, the agency announced Monday.
