Madison, WI (August 31, 2015) – The CUNA HR & Organizational Development Council and Operations Sales & Service Council have teamed up to publish a four-part white paper series, “HR Practices: A Series of Technical Skills Non-HR Managers Must Know.” The series was developed to assist HR managers in communicating the importance of HR practices and skills, of which non-HR managers should have comprehensive knowledge, and includes the following topics:

- Interview Techniques: Powerful Tools for Successful Staffing
- Job Evaluation: Identifying Organizational Needs
- Performance Evaluation: Setting Goals and Rewarding Achievement
