Madison, Wis. (April 23, 2015) – Leaders of the nation’s largest credit unions will discuss industry hot topics at CUNA National Credit Union Roundtable for Board Leadership in San Diego, August 7-9, 2015.  

“CUNA National Credit Union Roundtable for Board Leadership gives influential leaders the opportunity to initiate change, not just at their credit unions, but throughout the movement,” says James Carrick, vice president of learning events, CUNA. “Credit union leaders from across the nation will join together to prompt impactful conversations and find solutions to our industry’s most pressing concerns.”  

Session and discussion topics include:

  • Governance Perspectives: Recruitment, Retention and Diversity
  • Navigating the Current Regulatory Environment through Progressive Governance
  • State of the Credit Union Industry
  • Economic Update with CUNA economist Bill Hampel
  • NCUA Update  

The roundtable will commence with an optional pre-conference workshop: Guide Your Credit Union’s Risk Management Culture, led by Brian Hague of The Rochdale Group.
