Madison, Wis. (January 6, 2015) – CUNA launched 54 additional training courses during 2014, including 14 Training on Demand courses, five courses with exams and 35 tablet-ready courses. 

“CUNA is dedicated to fostering service excellence within the credit union industry. Offering training courses is one of the ways we do that,” says Marlo Foltz, VP of Blended Learning at CUNA. “Our courses ensure credit union professionals keep up with new developments and the latest trends in their field. In 2015, we plan to continue launching courses that provide credit union professionals with tools to better serve their members.”

The courses cover a wide range of credit union issues faced by today’s professionals. Some of the most relevant 2014 courses covered social media, workplace behavior, expanding markets, fraud trends and the member experience. All CUNA courses fall into nine topic categories:
