CUNA World-Class Service Leadership School set for May 15-17

Attendees of the CUNA World-Class Service Leadership School will have the opportunity to experience the customer service Gold Standard first hand. Taking place May 15-17 in Denver, participants will stay at the world-renowned Ritz-Carlton. 

Attendees will learn not only from the Ritz-Carlton, but other businesses known for their impeccable service, such as Zappos and Nordstrom’s. 

The event also features sessions with Rick Olson, author of “Unleash Your Greatness.” Olson will assist attendees in shaping and implementing their own service strategies for their credit unions to create positive experiences for members and employees.
