MADISON, Wis., and WASHINGTON (July 5, 2018) – CUNA HR & Organizational Development Council has announced their first ever CUNA HR & Organizational Development Council Forum, October 17-18, 2018, in New Orleans.

“This inaugural event will bring senior credit union HR and Organizational Development executives together to discuss current challenges and opportunities for our industry,” said Lisa Baron, SVP HR at Baxter CU. “Attendees will have open, meaningful discussions with one another to bring innovative solutions back to their credit unions.”

Elry Armaza, Impact Director & Analyst at Filene Research Institute, will be speaking at the Forum, bringing his more than 12 years of management experience in the financial services industry. He will guide attendees to consider the trends and factors impacting the way they work today and in the future.

With technological advances, FinTech initiatives and demographic shifts to consider, it is vital to stay ahead of the curve.
